  • How is progress tracked and reported during the settlement?

    Progress throughout a settlement is monitored and reported using a combination of real-time data tracking, internal audits, and regular reporting to counsel and the court. Our internal systems continuously track claim submissions and other essential data in real time, while formal status reports and declaration to the Court as required.

  • What if I make a mistake on my claim form?

    Our office thoroughly reviews each submitted clam form to ensure all required information and documentation are provided. If any errors are found, we will contact you – via mail, email or phone – to clarify or correct the issue(s). You may be asked to provide additional documentation or a corrected claim form. You will have the opportunity to make the corrections within a designated timeframe.  It is important to respond promptly to avoid potential denial of your claim.  If the errors are not corrected or the information remains incomplete, your claim may be deemed ineligible.  

  • What if I didn’t receive a notice but think I’m eligible?

    If you believe you are eligible to participate in a settlement but have not received notice, you may have the opportunity to file a claim or request inclusion, depending on the settlement terms and the court-approved procedures.  You are encouraged to contact our office, where a call center representative can verify whether your name appears on the class list and assist you with the next steps if you are not listed but believe you qualify. Since deadlines and documentation requirements vary by settlement, it is important to act quickly and follows any instructions provided by our representatives.
