How are class members notified?
Class Members are notified through a variety of channels, including direct mail, email, text messaging, online advertisement, print and digital publications in newspapers and magazines, as well as radio and television broadcasts.

Is your notification process court-approved?
In a class action settlement, all notice plans are reviewed by Counsel and must receive court approval to ensure they meet the requirements of due process and Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Once approved, we implement the notice plan in accordance with the terms of the Parties’ Settlement Agreement and the Court’s order.
What happens if a notice is returned as undeliverable?
If a notice is returned as undeliverable, we take various measures to locate the recipient and ensure delivery of the notice. These measures may include verifying and updating addresses, skip tracing, using alternate notification methods such as email and phone calls, and re-mailing the notice once a new or corrected address is found.
