You are receiving this Notice because you worked for Defendant Hanson Distributing Company dba HMC / Hanson Merrill Corp. (“Defendant”) as an hourly-paid or non-exempt employee in California at some point between January 29, 2015 and October 15, 2023 (“Class Period”), and you may be entitled to share in the funds to be made available for the proposed settlement of this case.

Response Deadline: April 21, 2025 (45 days from Initial Mailing)

Final Approval Hearing: June 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Dept.9, of the Spring Street Court House
