You may be eligible to receive money from an employee class action lawsuit (“Action”) against Defendant for alleged wage and hour violations. The Action was filed by a former employee Juan Orantes (“Plaintiff”) and seeks payment of (1) back wages and other relief for a class of hourly, nonexempt employees (“Class Members”) who worked for Defendant in California at the Olympic plant during the Class Period of August 28, 2019, to September 11, 2024); and (2) penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) for all hourly, nonexempt employees who worked for Defendant in California at the Olympic plant during the PAGA Period of June 27, 2022 to September 11, 2024) (“Aggrieved Employees”).
