You may be eligible to receive money from a class action lawsuit (“Action”) brought by Plaintiffs Michelle Dubinski (“Dubinski”) and Michael Witt (“Witt”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) against Defendants Los Robles Regional Medical Center (“Los Robles”), HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, LLC (“HWS”), and Parallon Enterprises, LLC (“Parallon”) (collectively, “Defendants”) for alleged wage and hour violations.

The Action was filed by former employees Michelle Dubinski and Michael Witt (“Plaintiffs”) and seeks payment of (1) back wages and other relief for a class of all individuals who have worked for Defendants in California as non-exempt hourly employees during specific time periods and (2) penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) for all individuals who have worked for Defendants in California as non-exempt hourly employees during the PAGA Period set forth.
