You may be eligible to receive money from a class action lawsuit (“Action”) against Pacific Airline Linen Services LLC (“PALS”); Cohesive Networks 2 Inc.; and People Inc. (Cohesive Networks 2, Inc. and People, Inc. are collectively referred to as “CN2”) (PALS and CN2 are collectively referred to as “Defendants”) for alleged wage and hour violations. The Action was filed by PALS’ former employee Hernan Cortes Diaz (“Plaintiff”) and seeks payment of (1) back wages and other relief for a class of employees (“Class Members”) who worked for PALS during the Class Period November 22, 2019 to October 30, 2024; and (2) penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) for all employees who worked for PALS during the PAGA Period March 12, 2022 to October 30, 2024 (“Aggrieved Employees”).
