All current and former non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant in the State of California and worked at least one day during the period from April 13, 2019, to July 11, 2024 (“PAGA Members”).

Important Dates

Initial Mailing: February 10, 2025

Response Deadline: March 27, 2025 (45 days from Initial Mailing)

Final Approval Hearing: April 22, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., in Dept. S26, of the San Bernardino County Superior Court.
