You may be eligible to receive money from an employee class action lawsuit (“Action”) against Steak 48 Beverly Hills, LLC and Team 44 Restaurants, LLC (“Steak 48 and Team 44”) for alleged wage and hour violations. The Action was filed by former Steak 48 and Team 44 employees Marina Durham and Cassandra Hall-LePrevost (“Plaintiffs”) and seek payment of (1) back wages and other relief for a class of hourly employees (“Class Members”) who worked for Steak 48 and Team 44 during the Class Period (November 20, 2019 through June 27, 2024; and (2) penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) for all hourly employees who worked for Steak 48 and Team 44 during the PAGA Period (June 6, 2022 through the June 27, 2024 (“Aggrieved Employees”).
